Payment For Courses & Conferences

We must receive payment with your registration. We can’t confirm your place until we receive full payment. Fees are charged in the currency specified.

Public & Virtual Courses

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend the course - up until the time at which the course e-materials have been distributed (approximately 1-2 weeks in advance of the course start date) you can substitute an alternate attendee from your organization at any time at no additional charge.

After the course e-materials have been distributed no substitutions can be made.

Cancellations & Transfers

If you would like to cancel, you must notify us in writing at registrations@pinkelephant.com. If you cancel less than 15 business days before your course start date, have already paid the full fee for your course, and cancel prior to receiving the course e-materials, you may cancel but you will be charged a $250 administration fee.

If you give more than 15 days’ notice and have already paid the full fee for your course, you may cancel without incurring the $250 administration fee.

If you paid a discounted fee, or paid a fee as part of a special offer, and you cancel before the course e-materials have been distributed, you’ll receive a credit for the full amount. The credit can be applied to any purchase from Pink Elephant in the next 6 months.

If you cancel after the course e-materials have been distributed no refunds or credits can be made. However, you may transfer attendance to another date and/or location of the same course in the next 12 months. If your original registration was for a Public course you may choose to switch to any Public, Virtual or Self-Paced options of the same course. If your original registration was for a Virtual course you may choose to switch to any other Virtual or Self-Paced options of the same course. If you choose to switch course formats - any difference in fee cannot be refunded.

No Shows

If you do not attend your Public or Virtual course and we have not been notified in advance of the course start date, we cannot provide a refund, credit, substitution or transfer.

Reschedules of Public & Virtual

Occasionally when there are a low number of attendees registered on a course and we receive late notice of cancellations or transfers we may be left with an impractical number of attendees to proceed with the course. Unfortunately there is not much we can do in those situations and we may have to cancel the course. Should that happen we realize it can be a cause of great inconvenience to you and therefore we will:

Conditions For Training Special Offers

These special offers apply to courses delivered in Canada and the United States only. Dates are confirmed upon signature on a first come, first served basis. All sales are final. Cannot be combined with any other offer or special promotion.


Self-Paced Courses

Enrollment Duration

Access to self-paced online courses is valid for 12 months.

Substitutions

Once the subscription has been activated no substitutions can be made.

Cancellations

Once the subscription has been activated no refunds or credits can be made.

Use of the course materials is granted under single user license and cannot be copied, reproduced or transmitted. These materials are granted for internal, non-commercial use only.


Conditions For Team Passes

These special offers apply to courses delivered in Canada and the United States only. Registrations are confirmed once full payment is received. All sales are final.

For American pass purchasers, taking a course in Canada, local taxes, calculated at the full retail value of the course will be collected. This charge is above and beyond the sale price of any Pink Elephant Pass.

Team Discount Passes

These passes become active on the date we receive payment and expire 12 months from that date. You can substitute an attendee at any time before the start of the course. Once you start a course, you can no longer substitute an attendee. You can cancel a course as long as you do so within 15 business days of the start date. After the first course has been taken, the pass will be forfeited for no-shows and walk-outs.

We promise to make every effort to schedule sufficient courses so that all Pass holders have multiple choices available. However, we may be unable to guarantee a place for a specific date. Book early to avoid disappointment.


PinkATLAS™

We must receive payment prior to activating your PinkATLAS™ account. Your use of the site signifies agreement to the terms of use. You must agree to the terms of use before we can activate your account.

All self-paced online and public web-based courses must be completed within one-year of the original purchase date.

If you subscribed to PinkATLAS before February 1, 2021, the self-paced online and public web-based courses does not include exams.


PinkSCAN™

We must receive payment prior to activating your PinkSCAN™ account. Your use of the site signifies agreement to the terms of use. You must agree to the terms of use before we can activate your account.

PinkATLAS, PinkSCAN, PinkREADY and all books are subject to applicable tax for Canadian deliveries. A representative will contact you to finalize your sale.
